ABSTRACT
Erotic Ghazal is the main subject of poetry in Pre-Islamic Era. Usual poet stands at the ruins of his beloved، crying and then he recalls the meeting which provokes in him the anguish and sorrow. Then he goes on to talk about her beauty or he might be flirting with her organs. But after the arrival of Islam ، they completely moved away from these vulgar topics and started poetry that touches on the dignity and honor of women. So the Virtuous Poetry started in Umayyad Period and reached at its climax in Abbasid period. This article present the various concepts of love and complain in Virtuous poetry.
